“I have been living here for a year now and it has been a great experience. The leasing staff has been AMAZING, especially thought this pandemic. They went out of their way to provide resources for rental assistance and really worked hard for the residents. Everyone at the leasing office is always helpful and friendly, you can see that they really care about the community and the residents. The apartments are very quiet, haven't had any issues. Maintenance is prompt with repairs. Another good thing is that they notify you of any abnormalities that occurs such as a power outage, if a water pipe bursts, etc. I haven't had any roach problems at all so if someone does then they need to reevaluate their cleaniness. There are DeKalb Police officers that live on the property so that also makes it even safer. I only have good things to say about Shadow Lake, it's been a great experience here!”
