“I asked Select Roofing Consultants to inspect a still-leaking roof repair completed by Elite Exterior Contractors, who would not return any contact. Anthony Bulcher, the owner, identified that the EEC repair was insufficient and that they should have replaced the shingles in the entire roof valley in order to prevent water backups. He provided a quote of $685 and I hired him to repair the problem. He replaced the entire roof valley and found shingles with quarter-sized holes just a foot above where the EEC repair started. If they had done their job correctly, they would have found the same holes and fixed the first time. Anthony was prompt, reliable, and honest with his assessment of the leak source, the repair, and the cost. I paid $685 to SRC to fix the incomplete $550 work by EEC.”
