“Dr. Toler is great!!! I took my dog to an emergency clinic because he couldn’t pee... They told me that I would need to go to a specialist because a regular vet couldn’t do the surgery... Well they were partly right, a regular vet can’t do the surgery.... What they didn’t realize is Dr. Toler is super!!!”

The tellers are very honest…let’s just say I had a small incident with a deposit and was very appreciative of the teller…Also, Anya St. Hill was so professional, friendly and professional while helping me with a business transaction. The only thing I don’t like, and this is a corporate matter, is they don’t have enough staff working at this location…But that seems to be most BB&T locations. This is not the staffs’ fault. You can tell they do the best they can, while working efficiently.”

“I’ve been going here for years. Like any business there’s a bit of churn and I’ve had good experiences and bad experiences. For example I’m just now finding out at an appointment for my son to get his cavities filled that he has an infection. My twelve year old said “the man” told her to tell me. After every appointment you are usually updated with information and my four year old having an infection should have been on the agenda. Other than this HUGE oversight the communication once an appointment is set is pretty good. Sometimes they are a little hard to get on the phone but I am thankful for longtime employees like Lisa❤️who can solve any problem that may arise.”

“Billy was by far the most helpful service tech we have ever had! After asking multiple people from multiple service call how to fix something nobody knew how to help us. We told Billy our issue and after a year of our pumps reading wrong he fixed it in 10 minutes! All it was was a calibration in Fuel master. Other techs made us replace parts on our pump claiming that was the issue. Billy Thank you for helping us today, we appreciate it a lot!”
