“I came to Athletes' Potential with knee pain that was preventing me from running and doing the strength work that I wanted to in the gym. I worked with Sam Gillespie and it was a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and really provides a personalized rehab plan. We worked on how to modify the exercises I currently do to help rehab the knee. After a few sessions the knee was feeling great so we moved onto the shoulder. Again, the same great experience. Their #1 goal is getting you back to the activities that you enjoy doing. When I say thorough, the man who did my car really detailed it. He was doing too much- but in a good way. Hopefully, he gets paid well, because he did more than was expected for the price I paid. I encouraged hubby to use them to detail our cars. I will definitely go back for my car. As far as the wait, I didn't mind because they have a comfy lounge and the time flew as I watched the detail person do his thing.”
