“These guys are fantastic! The service writer really knows their stuff and can pass the most convoluted requests to the techs with ease. The techs themselves are highly skilled and very competent, and if asked will gladly tell you about what they've been doing with your vehicle. In particular I appreciated the honesty and transparency of these guys. I needed a bolt replaced during an alignment, and it was just an extra $50 to get it on there. Most shops I've gone to in the past would just put the bolt on and let me find out when I got my bill, but these folks called me to make sure I was down first! Other times I've brought in vehicles with unusual requests, and when they weren't able to complete the work to a satisfactory degree they refused to take my money. I'd never seen a shop say "no" to my payment after they've been putting in hours! When that happened I knew I'd found my new go-to shop. Their shop is always busy and it's clear why - I certainly am not gonna take my cars elsewhere either.”

“This is the best little tire shop on Fairburn Road. I went in on Fri afternoon about 2:30 and was looking for some tires for my SUV. The ones I wanted would have to be ordered from the warehouse and take an hr or so to get there but they had a new set of Goodyear Wranglers w Kevlar. Brand new still in the plastic and ready to go and the right size. An excelent offer was made of $500 incl M&B and could put them on right there. These guys worked like a NASCAR pit crew using 2 floor jacks and had them on in under 40 mins and I was backing out the gate. Great job and I will be back for the next set with deals like that going on!!! They are fast courteous and carry great selections from low profile 30s and 40s to SUV tires. Plus they also do alignments. Dont get fooled by the small shop in the fence!! These guys are great!!! BTW they also do patches for the OH SHEETZ!! :-( Keep up the good work and excellent customer service Premier!! I ll BE BACK!!!”
