“This is the nicest group of people I’ve encountered in a long time. I walked in at 8:00 a.m. and Anthony and all of the enterprise staff must have have been on coffee cup number 2. They were super friendly and just happy all around. And on a Monday?! This is unheard of. The customer service at this location is outstanding. “These guys are fantastic! The service writer really knows their stuff and can pass the most convoluted requests to the techs with ease. The techs themselves are highly skilled and very competent, and if asked will gladly tell you about what they've been doing with your vehicle. In particular I appreciated the honesty and transparency of these guys. I needed a bolt replaced during an alignment, and it was just an extra $50 to get it on there. Most shops I've gone to in the past would just put the bolt on and let me find out when I got my bill, but these folks called me to make sure I was down first! Other times I've brought in vehicles with unusual requests, and when they weren't able to complete the work to a satisfactory degree they refused to take my money. I'd never seen a shop say "no" to my payment after they've been putting in hours! When that happened I knew I'd found my new go-to shop. Their shop is always busy and it's clear why - I certainly am not gonna take my cars elsewhere either.”
