Great experience for my wife

First off I want to say this office is nice and the staff was great. However I have only been here twice so far and my first time was awesome. The ultrasound tech I had was very welcoming and very friendly. My doctor was great as well and was very thorough. The second time I went, I had a different ultrasound tech but the same doctor and I can tell that they had me mixed up with someone else. During my first ultrasound the ultrasound tech stated it was a boy but was having a harder time showing me that it was a boy. So during this second appointment I asked the tech if she could please verify that I was having a boy and her response was “we have seen this baby so many times to not know it is definitely a boy” it doesn’t sound bad reading it, but it was how it was said to me. I felt as if they had me mistaken with another patient and I felt like this patient may have given them a harder time. I also felt this way because when the doctor came in she asked me a question about something that I had already received months ago so at that point I knew they had me mistaken for someone else. I do not expect them to remember me because I know they do see many patients, but the way I felt during and after that appointment made me feel like I did something wrong especially during and after having my ultrasound and if I did I truly apologize. Other then this day my experience has been pleasant.

Had my first visit today & it was a great experience. Doctor & staff was very nice. Ultrasound tech was very friendly & made me feel comfortable. Told tech i was disappointed i haven't been able to get hard copy of ultrasound cause every office email pics to you. She kindly printed me a pic of my baby girl & emailed them to me. Looking forward to continuing my care with them til the little one arrive.
