“I first started seeing Dr. Kasey in the beginning of January this year and I started seeing Dr. Stephanie in June. Since meeting these two truly amazing people, and some of the best doctors I’ve ever met, I genuinely feel like I have improved. And I feel like I should mention, I’ve seen more than a dozen doctors and there has only been two that were truly memorable before I met Dr. Kasey and Dr. Stephanie. Now there are four (: But Dr. Kasey and Dr. Stephanie are the two that have made the most impact on my life. They are the two doctors that have helped me more than any others by far. “Solaris Medical is not just your, doctor they are family! First off, Doc is great! His bedside manner when you are ill, its like nothing I have experienced, EVER! He is so sincere and wants you to feel better! He listens and wants the whole picture whether its an hour or more, not just that 15 minute slot that really is 5 we all know! Not at Solaris, his attention is based on your needs and you never feel pressured! I love that Doc is also unafraid to say I don't know a lot about your condition (I have a rare one) but it didn't make him afraid to treat me, a long with my specialist! We looked at research together and came up with a plan! I also love the fact that he is an MD and Naturopath. You get treated with the best of both worlds! And, he's funny and fun, you will never feel judged by Doc! I like the fact that I can literally tell him anything, which is always the most important thing with a doctor, he makes it easy!!! Then there is the staff. How many places can you go where everyone knows you and you know them? That's Solaris! Both Kayla and Kaylee are rock stars and keep that place humming! They are so on top of everything and really deserve a lot of credit for the hard work they do there! Always friendly, always willing to help! Just love the office and am happy I made the switch to Solaris where I get more personalized care!”

“I've unfortunately had a lot of emergencies with one of my dogs since COVID started this year. It is really tough to wait in your car or at home for hours for someone to call and give you updates on your pet, but its the same situation everywhere right now and I don't fault the VCA for this. I think they are trying their best to keep up but I have been concerned once or twice about how urgently they are attending to my dog based on her condition. I've been told in the past that they will bypass the "line" in order to see/treat the very urgent cases asap but I worry that they can't always make that judgement without seeing/evaluating the pet first. Most of the staff is really nice, professional and accommodating. I have come across 2-3 techs that have been flat out rude to me on the phone, but thankfully this is not usually the case. When my dog was here for an extended stay, they let me come visit her (outside only) one day just to put my mind at ease. Usually if my dog has to spend the night I will get a picture texted to me before bed or in the morning with an update, which is greatly appreciated. Doesn't always happen right now since they are so busy though. The doctors seem very thorough in their work and I like that they usually present me with my options and let me choose what I'd like to do - ex. "we can run bloodwork and also do an ultrasound, but if the cost is too much I'd recommend starting with just the bloodwork and we'll go from there". Lately my dog has been seeing Dr. Cornetta who is very patient with me and my frantic, anxiety-ridden questions. I trust her expertise and appreciate that she's trying her best to keep me calm throughout a pretty scary diagnosis/treatment plan with my dog!”
