“Great grill, even better customer service!! We’ve had our grill for 3 yrs, we use it all year round & several times a week. It has been awesome even with customer neglect. Until this grill we’ve always bought “disposable” (cheaper to buy new than replace or clean parts). I noticed the burners acting up & realized they needed to be replaced. Monument has an 8yr warranty on burners 😮. I simply emailed them w/ a few pictures & in 3 days I had 4 new burners. They also gave me tips on caring for my grill so part’s would stay newer longer. “Brandon and Devon were a great help. A trio of raccoon kits were abandoned in my kitchen wall, hearing them I couldn’t wait days for someone to come cut open the wall. Devon arrived within a couple hours. After a thorough inspection he got it done, and patched the external entry point. The raccoon kits were unharmed and are off to live their best life.”
