“I call 5 shops in the southwest Atlanta area to do a transfer case replacement for my Nissan Murano meaning I needed them to replace part and order the new part....1 shop wanted to charge me 3000$ and the other 3 never called me back till this day...Riccardo at Dynasty Auto Works was able to give me a quote for my repair the same day over the phone in a few minutes without my truck being right in front of him. Did my repairs on time and price me at 1500$ for the job which is fairly reasonable for that type of repair. Then went over and beyond to let me know another a small issue before he put everything back together which lots of mechanics would not have done such a thorough job.
