“These guys are a true testament to customer service. I chose a classic chrome in a size large through Amazon. I recieved the helmet within a couple days. They had sent an XL by accident. I've dealt with mistakes on orders on Amazon before with very little resolution until now. I called Helmets Inc. directly. They were VERY gracious in admitting their mistake.While on the phone they emailed me a return label ( 2 day, not ground). I dropped off the XL that afternoon thinking the replacement would arrive in a week or more. Not even 48 hours later I recieved the new helmet. I Wii definitely do business with them again. Well done Helmets Inc.”
