There business model features a MIX of overnight guests and locals with more long term living arrangements which in part is why they're able to consistently offer the BEST RATES IN TOWN to overnight visitors. BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE MAKER if you want coffee in your rooms cuz they ain't got 'em. (there's a coffee/shop bar AND very handy laundromat on the premises...) This Motel is also centrally located for visitors and is within easy walking distance to convenience store/gas station, discount outlet, fast food outlet(s) supermarket, banks, even a Walmart is down the street within about a half mile”

“New to Atlanta and this was the closest check cashing place by my house, i came in and they had a thorough security process that most places wouldn't bother to go through. After setting me up they cashed my check in under a minute and offered me free insurance quotes that they apparently offer aside from check cashing. Staff was speedy and made nice small talk, will come again for checks and bill payments :)”
