I am a former Pilates teacher so I know a good studio and this is one of the best. All of the teachers are great to work with and very well trained. You really can't go wrong with any of the instructors whether for privates sessions or any of the classes. One the best things about all of the instructors is they all focus on continuing educations and bring the new ideas and techniques to their teaching. The facility is well run and always in impeccable condition. They have an excellent variety of equipment as well. The location is great too as there is usually plenty of parking.”
