As of lately the office staff has been very responsive and attentive to my needs. I met the new maintenance supervisor whom came in and repaired all my issues I do believe he introduced himself as Shon. He was very kind and courteous even after hearing me rant about how long I've had issues! He reassured me that things are changing in the right direction with new property manager and staff!
