Funny thing is, I went to United before coming here and they acted like they didn’t need my money. Yet I never felt pressured or that I was anything other than a valued present and future customer. They had even made a mistake in allowing me to test drive a car (the car I ended up getting) that had actually been reserved by another customer. It all worked out in the end, but they did everything they could in that moment to try to make it right. I was so appreciative of that.
