Courtesy Ford was going charge me $1400 where as JC Mastertech fixed that same problem for $675.00, Ford Parts.

My automatic transmission completely broke down in the middle of the highway, and internals were broken to pieces. They had a tow truck pick up the vehicle and towed to their location in a timely manner. They very promptly had it diagnosed and I was contacted with a very reasonable and fair estimate. The transmission was rebuilt quickly using materials of better quality than oem in my case, the option was given. I'm still driving the truck after about 2 years with absolutely no problems. On top of their efficient service, they were very kind and professional. They made sure I was contacted if anything came up and their customer service was exemplary. Highly recommend!
