Hands down the best facility I've rented a unit from. I had my 5x10' unit for about two years and the site is always clean and well-maintained. I never saw a single bug or rodent in or around my unit. The units are constructed in a way that prevents any crawlies from moving between units. The office staff are super friendly and helpful. I had automatic payments set up and one month, after having to get a new debit card from my bank due to unrelated fraud, my payment didn't go through. The office called me and informed me that it was missing and let me pay immediately without repercussions. I had to close my unit out this month due to moving an hour away but I have definitely recommended this site to my friends and family still in Gwinnett. Thanks for the excellent experience!
