And the act of waiting on the phone to speak with them is extremely annoying, because there is an extremely pervasive, loud “ssshhh” noise that seems to bleed in and out constantly from the call management system while waiting.”

“I did a walk-in Rapid Results test and it took 15 mins from beginning to end. There were multiple pens, clipboards, and sanitizer dispensers and plenty of friendly staff.. Everyone was pleasant and informative. They offer 3 types of testing...Antibody, PCR, and Nasal Swabbing. They explained the different tests very well. Insurance covers the cost. They take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, Kaiser and one more...I can't remember the name. Without insurance the test is $100. The young lady who swabbed me was very gentle but thorough with each nostril. A far better experience than the 1st time I got tested at an Urgent Care. I would highly recommend getting tested at this facility.”

Though our situation isn't overly difficult, it is still tender, and my son has blossomed under Dr. Anderson's care. There aren't enough things I can say about this professional. Dr. Anderson uses his humor and witty personality to connect with my son, and his common sensical, down to earth suggestions and coping strategies to guide him.
