As I was waiting this morning (Thursday Feb 21, 2019) about 20 minutes for a problem with my medication to be solved (a problem that had nothing to do with them), I saw about 5 out of 15 customers act arrogantly and annoyed at them for no reason at all.
One old lady even muttered a racial slur under her breath as she turned around because she was told in a friendly manner where she should wait (as she was standing awkwardly close to another unrelated customer getting an explanation from a pharmacist). The personnel was courteous and friendly to everyone, with a patience far exceeding average people. At no point did anything seem to interfere with their concentration on the job. The woman employed at the phone area should be commended for her problem solving skills as well. The service was also fast and efficient.
Walmart should give these pharmacy employees a raise, or at least a good bonus, for putting up with rude and sometimes racist customers all day, without showing the slightest annoyance on their part.
