“:Head tech of a European automotive repair shop: The knowledge of even the office staff here was astounding. I wouldn't reccomend anyone else in rockdale after speaking with this places staff. A very pleasurable and insightful experience. My ordeal: I bought I windshield for my bmw from safelite after my windshield permanently fogged. 4 months later window cleaner somehow fogged the windshield permanently again! Nothing I tried got it off. Safelite told me I'd have to buy another windshield. I called this establishment and we deduced that it was the cheap windshield they used after telling me it was the only one for my car. I don't know if safelite was just being lazy and just copied the part number or what??? These kind individuals here informed me that their statement was infact false. I went on to speak with safe lite again and then their story changed and the refused to give me a quote without a deposit... Do you just go to a fast food place and pay before you order???? No it makes zero sense. The flip side this establishment not only gave me a quote but also provided me already with the information safelite withheld from paying customer. Outstanding performance on their end! I digress, As a professional technician in the automotive industry I have the utmost confidence that they will provide you with a impeccable service you can trust 😁”
