Upon attempting to purchase my wash, my card declined—which can be a pesky situation; however, Star made her way over to the vehicle and made the whole situation quite enjoyable. Instead of focusing on the problem, she began to offer solutions as I resolved the card issue: she was light-hearted and innovative in her approach; she offered me several wash solutions in a way that made sense and she was quite personable and charismatic about it. Star knew how to eloquently go for “no” in such a way that did nothing feel overbearing.
