Very nice and polite. I had no idea what I was doing. Was my first time. They made me feel right at home and did an amazing job !!! So happy I went. So is my Jag !!

There was a representative by the name of Star who was the ultimate salesperson. Upon attempting to purchase my wash, my card declined—which can be a pesky situation; however, Star made her way over to the vehicle and made the whole situation quite enjoyable.

Instead of focusing on the problem, she began to offer solutions as I resolved the card issue: she was light-hearted and innovative in her approach; she offered me several wash solutions in a way that made sense and she was quite personable and charismatic about it. Star knew how to eloquently go for “no” in such a way that did nothing feel overbearing.

I appreciate her assistance, and even though I did not enjoy the vacuums (low suction), Star’s customer service was so amazing that I had to leave a stellar review!

Great group of guys at the hwy11 trussville location. Enjoy seeing and talking with them every time I go!
