My first visit when they first opened was great but the customer service had been on a constant decline every time I'd visited since. This visit though, was great. “We found Cake in the Box 2 years ago when we were looking for a nut-free bakery to accommodate my husband’s severe nut allergy. We ordered cakes for my daughter’s first birthday and they looked beautiful and tasted delicious! Fast forward to this year, we asked for an eggless cake to accommodate my daughter’s egg allergy. Trenise went above and beyond to sanitize all her equipment to make sure there was no contamination. Then she put the cake we ordered in a separate freezer away from her other cakes with eggs. I could not recommend Cake in the Box more. She is definitely our “family baker”.”

“Today I got fillings, a day after my initial appointment. Staff was absolutely amazing. Made me feel welcomed and immediately address all the concerns that I may have had! Which was dental anxiety. I had a prescription before I left the first visit, for the next few visit I was going to have. They did not disappoint. You’re immediately taken to the back when you arrive for your appointment. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistant to the actual doctor really inhibit cleanliness and professionalism throughout my entire visit, and that did not go without a few laughs as well!! I highly recommend this dental practice for all you dentistry needs!”

She answered the phone and helped in every step. I warned her I wasn’t experienced with cakes, decorations, or the price - she helped me through it all.
