In my experience at this branch, the employees are top notch and anxious to be of service. It always brightens my day when I visit the branch because the employees are so nice and personable. The tellers are very honest…let’s just say I had a small incident with a deposit and was very appreciative of the teller…Also, Anya St. Hill was so professional, friendly and professional while helping me with a business transaction. The only thing I don’t like, and this is a corporate matter, is they don’t have enough staff working at this location…But that seems to be most BB&T locations. This is not the staffs’ fault.
