We had a few concerns about missing items that were on our wishlist, and he added them at no charge. One was a second key fob, the other a backup camera. I saw an ad on craigslist for the car I was interested in, and when I called them, they responded immediately. They were always polite, informative and answered all my questions. I went an hour and a half out the way to look at the car, and when I arrived they were very polite and friendly as I inspected the car. They were eager to inform me about the car as much as possible. There was never any pressure and they allowed me to take my time evaluating the decision to purchase. They reduced the price according to the concerns I had with the car, and overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I received the title well before the 45 day grace period to get the car registered and such. Four months later, and I am still happy about my decision to purchase from this dealership, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. If you see something on their lot that you like, you should definitely consider paying them a visit!”

Funny thing is, I went to United before coming here and they acted like they didn’t need my money. My experience here was the complete opposite - from the moment I walked in the door, Ivan took care of me and wanted to help me find something I loved. Yet I never felt pressured or that I was anything other than a valued present and future customer. They had even made a mistake in allowing me to test drive a car (the car I ended up getting) that had actually been reserved by another customer. It all worked out in the end, but they did everything they could in that moment to try to make it right. I was so appreciative of that.
