Steven helped me out and really gave me his personal input on what i should do with my balding tires and tire alignments. I went with new tires today because of the deals they had. on top of that my oil change was due and they discounted that as well. He was a no BS kind of guy which was really refreshing. they were super quick too. will definitely be coming back for brakes/tires/alignment service needed on my car in the future. 6/5 stars for me.”

“This is in response to 561 guy yep We don't have any experience responding to bad reviews because we have never had one. But we think it is important to have all of the facts presented so people can decide whether or not to do business with us. We did say that it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete the repairs when in fact the vehicle was here for 6 weeks and 3 days counting weekends. While it was longer than the time you were told and the time we wanted, it was not over 2 months as you stated. We did encounter unexpected delays which we are sorry about, however you were provided with a loaner car to help compensate for your inconvenience. Another fact which you failed to mention is that you were given a full refund of your $1960.00 deposit even though we spent over $2000.00 in parts and labor on your vehicle ( and we gave you the new parts ).”

Funny thing is, I went to United before coming here and they acted like they didn’t need my money. My experience here was the complete opposite - from the moment I walked in the door, Ivan took care of me and wanted to help me find something I loved. Yet I never felt pressured or that I was anything other than a valued present and future customer. They had even made a mistake in allowing me to test drive a car (the car I ended up getting) that had actually been reserved by another customer. It all worked out in the end, but they did everything they could in that moment to try to make it right. I was so appreciative of that. “So professional and kind. 10 stars if possible. My son hit a pole in a parking garage with our brand new car while he was at college in Atlanta. Edith and RJ were super kind to him while we were 1000 miles away. No games, just fantastic quality (perfect) work. They treated him like an adult and were fair on pricing. We did not go through insurance as it was a one car accident. We had no games in pricing and in fact, it was a few dollars less than the estimate. It an excellent experience all around. Hopefully we will never need them again, but it’s great to know they are there if we need them.”

I was referred to Smith Auto for an alignment when I got some new tires my A/C was also out and I was very long overdue to get it fixed (as I’d been quoted $600 for a new condenser at the dealership). So I set up an appointment to have my A/C looked at and get an alignment. Not only was my A/C fixed without me having to replace a very expensive condenser, BUT they also removed some paint from my bumper where I’d hit my garage door and took out a dent on my passenger side where I’d been t-boned (in one day, at that.) I’m more than satisfied and will bring my car here for any future repairs!”

“Thank goodness I was referred to Rick at Quality Care is where I'll start.. I needed to get my car in somewhere quick and I was getting the run around everywhere I called. 4-8 wks if I was lucky? Seriously? Then someone said I should call Rick at Quality Care. Professional and friendly, he answered all my questions. He also helped me through the process with my insurance company. I couldn't get in or out of my driver door, which was of course unsafe besides being a pain. He worked me in and worked with my insurance company to get it done as fast as possible. The ins co took longer than he did. My Nissan Baby looks soooo good, and I felt like he took the time to make sure it was done right and I would be happy. “One of the best 👌, respectful, very supportive and professional truck shop I ever been. I am from Dallas, Tx and never had any maintenance issues around here. I have 2014 Freightliner Cascadia, It got overheating and kept shutting down the engine. I called to Edwardo on Saturday and he told me to bring the truck on Monday. I got here early morning before 8:00am. He moved the truck at front in order to drop my trailer ( don’t come with trailer b/c no room to park). Then, he immediately started working on the truck; being diagnosed it via computer and found out it was water pump issue. He told to one of is great and respectful mechanic named 'Anthony' to remove the part and work on it. what amazed me the most was that he handed me his on car without asking him in order to get the part( what a generous gentleman:). Anyway long story short, they finished the work within very short period of time. I am very grateful for their service and amazing personality. “Someone recommended them and I am very pleased with their service. Most auto repairs are expensive but these guys were honest and I am very happy with the outcome. The price was better than expected and they do quality work. They fixed all 17 repairable items that I asked them to and cleaned my truck when they were finished. Also, they called me periodically throughout the repair process and kept me informed of the progress. I will definitely be using Allied auto works again. You do need to call and make an appointment ahead of time because, like all GOOD mechanics, they are booked out a little while. I believe they specialize in foreign autos but mine was a Ram 2500 so they will repair American made vehicles also.”

The front office manager was amazing! I could see that she was in the middle of trying to handle an issue but she never missed a beat.
