“This is the only place you need for your Mercedes-Benz repairs. Reasonably priced and great service. They are knowledgeable and will get the job done. I've had three of my Mercedes vehicles serviced there. For once I can say there was nothing they could have done better. Everything was right on time including when when vehicle would be ready. When other places gave me quotes of $2k -3k to service my air shocks, Jason said we will get you in and on the road in no time. The best thing about the whole thing was it was $900 -$1800 bucks cheaper. I'll drive that 40 minutes for Ed's shop anytime.”

“They were very honest with me. Had my truck at Service Street Sop on Scenic hwy. Tried to stiff me out of $1000 plus. Charged me $184 for a diagnostic charge. I felt I was being scammed. So had it towed to Rivas. Where my were felings were confirmed. And that Service Street was claiming was merely maintained issues. Service that could use soon. But not necessary at this time. Rivas checked it all over. In a very quick manner. They were totally honest and very friendly.”

Same honest service back then. Now I think it is the sons running it. Got not only the best deal but SERVICE. “My car broke down while driving from Virginia to Georgia to see my daughter and grandson that was just born..I called Simpson Reliable automotive because they had the best reviews. I spoke with Josh and he told me to have it towed there and he'll get to it first thing in the morning. There was no hassle, my car was back on the road in a week, the very hard to find part for my Mercedes was the only hold up. The guys are so awesome and the best at what they do. The price was very reasonable and they are very honest, hard workers. I would highly recommend this auto shop over any other. Josh even checked in with me a day after i picked up my car, to make sure it got me back to Virginia with no issues..wich absolutely it did! Runs like a brand new car now! “Patrick and his crew worked on my 2020 Tacoma. I drive semis so I'm on the road 6 weeks at a time and Patrick helped me get the new wheels and tires from where I bought it. Got the lift kit, front bumper and snorkel done. There was a problem with 1 of the strut that I got from Fox via Accutune and had to send it back to them to get it fixed because it was the manufacturer's fault and Patrick went out of his way to ship it for me and got the job done! These are good people who knows what they're doing and they will do what needs to be done to satisfy their customers! I don't usually do reviews but GAS definitely deserve it!! Highly recommended!”

“I have MAJOR auto repair shop anxiety. I absolutely hate having to deal with car services. I called to make an appointment for my car to have the front brakes done. That process was easy. I dropped my car off and answered (or attempted to) the necessary questions to have my car repaired. I dropped it after after 12 and they were calling me by 4 to tell me my car was done! The price was in line with what I was anticipating and they didn’t try to sell me in extra or unnecessary stuff! My ONLY complaint is, the air pressure light was on, and they didn’t check the air pressure in my tires. But, if that’s my only complaint, I’m good and will return for future service. Thank you!”

“Just had a wonderful "people really are good" moment in this store. Somehow the bottom flap under car came off on one side while I was driving. This NAPA was the first store I came across. I went inside to buy a bungee to hold it up, but Jim, the man working said that wouldn't work; it would still keep flapping. He grabbed a packet of zip ties and said "let me try this". He did. He tied it up for me (thank God because I'm wearing white jeans)...and said "that should hold it for awhile. I told him how much I appreciated him doing that for me and asked if I could tip him; he declined. Then I followed him inside to pay, but he said "no charge, it was the stores." That was really nice of him. Next battery or breaks I kill, I'm coming to this NAPA to replace.”

“I took my car in today for some maintenance required at 100K miles due to K.O. Automotive was destroyed by fire. I had made an appointment 2 weeks earlier. Service was great and you want find a more honest person than Jeff Eller. Their work is impeccable. Jeff called to let me know I needed wiper blades and gave me a choice of less expensive or better blades that cost a little more. My vehicle was ready within a few hours and he even offered to take me home and pick me up, but I live close by so I walked. I had used his shop quite a few years ago and was pleased with his service at that time. Highly recommend!!”
