“My GLE was hit on the drivers side door and passenger by a rogue tire on the freeway. Caliber Collision came recommended so I brought my car in for an estimate and a repair and I cannot stress enough at how well the entire process was handled. Unfortunately I did not have rental insurance (I do now), so i had to pay for my own rental while the repair was being done. With that being said, they repaired my doors very quickly and my “baby” looks brand new again. The entire process was superb, the staff was fantastic and wonderful and I cannot stress enough at how excellent this process was and highly recommend them for your repairs. “I was referred when my transmission went out. Craig & his team have been top notch. They were very transparent with what needed to be done & the cost. I received my van back with instructions to return in 10 days so they could do a recheck. They let me know exactly what needed to be done & let me know the cost. I didn't feel like I had been taken. I'm a woman & don't know much about transmissions. Unfortunately before the 10 days were up, I was on I20 merging to 75-85 & my transmission went. I got to the side of the road. I immediately called Craig. His 1st concern was for my safety. Then he gave me the number of tow service. My friend picked my pup & myself up & took us home. I received a call & pictures when the tow company delivered my van back to American transmission. I received a call the next day from Craig letting me know that a line came loose. My van was fixed in the next couple of days. The tow & repairs were paid by American transmission. Even though it happened I do know things happen. They jumped on the repair & took complete responsibility. The entire staff was extremely polite & professional. I highly recommend them! I even took cards to my regular mechanic who doesn't do transmissions. I was very pleased with the service.”

“Mr. Claude is a gem. I had spoken with him earlier in the week and described my issue with my sunroof. Even though he was booked out for the next two weeks, he told me to stop by on the weekend and he would at least take a look to diagnose the problem. Luckily when I arrived he had about a 30 minute window while waiting for parts for another vehicle. He took my vehicle back, diagnosed and fixed my issue and had me on my way. The price was very reasonable. Dealership was charging double the cost just to diagnose. Wish I could give him more than a 5. Mr. Claude really has the GOLDEN TOUCH!😀”

I noticed the people who left bad reviews only write bad reviews for any reviews they have ever made … anyways we love shopping here for our bulk items … although I took 1 star off because they stopped selling our Green mountain Nantucket blend Coffee . That was one of the main things we shopped here for and now that there isn’t coffee or infant Baby formula today or membership is mainly used for gas … but now Kroger’s is beating there prices for gas some days ….
