“I have now been waiting for 40 mins The office is nice on the inside. Kid friendly. This is my first time here. I am upset that im still waiting to simply be signed in. I have been here 25 mins already. My appointment is at 10. I dont know why a patient would have to wait almost 30 mins to be signed in. I may not come back. Ill have to be wowed by the dentist to even consider returning. This is crazy. So i thought i update my review. Although i wasnt happy at first dr. Allen made me very happy. She was great with my daughter. Very thorough and concern. I believe she has great bedside manner. She gave me her direct number and was very apologetic about my wait. I believe they now have a long term patient.”

“Dr. Cates and her staff are always kind and professional, easy to work with, just wonderful. But today, Dr. Cates was just amazing. My 8 year old had his first cavity filled. He loves the doctor but was rather nervous about the process. She took the time to explain the tools used, what everything would feel like, and answer his questions. She then talked him through each step and comforted his nerves all along the way. He left with a numb mouth and a new filling but, more importantly, he left still loving his dentist and asking when was the next time he would get to see her. Just wow! I am so thankful for her professional work and the manner in which she treats all her patients.”

Dr. D was the most friendly dentist I've ever encountered, his chairside manner is impeccable and he is a natural with kids. His treatment recommendations were conservative and took my child's anxiety into consideration. The entire staff, from the lovely women running the front office to the assistants in the room were efficient, super-friendly and child oriented. Oh, and the design is adorable! “I was looking to update my previous review but can’t seem to find it on their page. I’ll give a quick overview of what happened to me and hopefully, this review will help the next person looking for stellar work. I was going to another dentist before Sonria and had an issue where one of my front teeth was broken from an elbow playing basketball. After going to another dentist multiple times to have the issue fixed, I wasn’t satisfied with the work being done at that location. When I addressed my displeasure with the service since my gum over my front teeth had sunken in a lot, the dentist at the time told me "it was good enough". For me good enough isn’t something I want to see in the mirror or have to think about every time I open my mouth. So, another dentist at the same practice overheard what was going on and referred me to Dr. Castro. First and foremost, I want to say that the contrast when walking in the door was totally different. You see firsthand the work that is being done at the practice when you walk in. Their picture slides were comforting for me to see, that showed not only before and after pictures; it also showed to me that they take pride in their work. Dr. Castro is an artist with his work and went through lengthy efforts to make sure that his work was as perfect as perfect can be. I had 2 veneers, an implant, and a crown placed, with minimal pain or discomfort. So minimal, that I fell asleep while they were working in my mouth. Even after the process was completed, I received follow-up calls to see if I was having any discomfort or pain after the procedure. About 6 months after the procedure, one of my veneers cracked when I was eating, and I informed the office of my situation. I was prepared to pay since I figured I was at fault for eating crunchy food, but Dr. Castro told me not to worry. He replaced my veneer for no charge since I didn’t have it long and again, made the process as easy and painless as possible. People that have known me have asked me who my dentist is and I feel confident in referring them to this office with no fear of negative feedback. Finally, I would be remised if I didn’t mention how Merina (I apologize if the name is spelled wrong) went after my insurance company with resiliency to make sure that it paid as much of my coverage as possible. She would constantly give me updates and who wouldn’t want someone to try to do their best on your behalf. With that being said, I can’t thank Dr. Castro and his team enough for the life-changing care they’ve provided. If you have any concern about whether someone is looking into your mouth, rather than your eyes when you’re talking; this should be your first stop!”
