The one complaint I do have is that I was given WRONG information over the phone regarding the price of a procedure (not covered under my insurance). With the info I rec'd I decided to proceed. When I went to my appointment to start the process I was informed of the price of the procedure by the doctor. When I told him what I was told, he said that was completely wrong. Imagine my frustration knowing I couldn't get the eye surgery I've wanted for years.”

“THE TESTING CENTER IS IN THE BACK OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER. The directions brought me to the front of the building and no one was there. I almost left after being on hold for over 10 minutes (after navigating an inane virtual operator who told me she hoped I was having a nice day - nope!)
