“Dr Saima is a brilliant neurologist and a wonderful human being. On multiple appointments, when I was with her, she gave me 110% of her attention, did not make me feel rushed, answered all of my questions and explored every option to get to the bottom of my health issues and their remedies. She surpassed all of my expectations regarding my care. I recommend her highly to anyone looking for an outstanding neurologist. PS: I feel so sorry for those patients who had less than great customer service. May be the office was going through staff changes or something similar resulting in customer service issues... (I hope and believe the office has rectified the customer service issues) I received great customer service. And even if I received lesser than great customer service (which should not happen to any patient...), I personally would still go to this neurologist because IMHO, while customer service is important to me, the competence and compassion of the doctor is way way more important to me. While there should be no excuse for providing unsatisfactory customer service (or any reason to accept it), giving the neurologist or her entire office poor ratings, solely based on customer service, IMO, is not fair to the neurologist - particularly when one is happy with her quality of care; and BTW, it's also not fair to those patients who are looking for a really good neurologist, because such a review could deprive these patients from finding the excellent neurological care that this doctor provides. “When I was 15 years old I broke my back in multiple places in an unfortunate accident. Fast forward many years and a full career of competitive wakeboarding, I had no choice but to face spinal surgery, as my back had only gotten worse, year by agonizing year. I searched for neurosurgeons in my area, found what seemed like a competent doctor. He completely ruined my back so badly I had to immediately seek out another neurosurgeon to fix the massive malpractice and sheer incompetence of the aftercare when they realized the mistake the Gainesville, ga surgeon(who I will not name) had made. This lead me to ortho Atlanta, no Piedmont orthopedics, Dr. Kasow and Nicole were a breath of fresh air! They were very understanding and clear on what should be done. Not only did Dr. Kasow take me on as a patient to save my active lifestyle, he went the extra mile during the surgery when he found more damage caused by the previous surgeon. I will forever be grateful to the entire team at Piedmont orthopedics. Coming up on a decade of care with them, from knee surgeries to general pain management from my back and sciatic nerve damage. I always recommend them to anyone I come in contact with and use my cautionary tale to try and help others avoid the damage that can be caused by incompetence in some medical professions.
