I am going to start doing Pilates at stability again to complement PT for my back pain. Classical Pilates may be more expensive, but it is so important to do it correctly to get the best results, and very importantly to not accidentally injure yourself.”

“Basing my training out of Austin. I’ve been traveling and training at gyms around the country the last few months due to family things. I can easily say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had as a visitor. Greg was a phenomenal instructor and shaped the class around the needs of all that were in attendance. Going into great detail with the technique he had planned to teach and just as detailed with the technique that derived from questions from his students. When the class was over he stayed for an extra 30 minutes to allow the students in the class to work on whatever they wanted to. As a new person to a gym, Greg made me feel like i was at home and I learned so much in so little time.”
