We received a very warm welcome from Teresa (we LOVE her!) and she took time to answer all our questions and provided the assurance we needed to move forward with our decision that it was the right time to make this move. After seeing the 2-bedroom floorplan we knew it was perfect for our parents and that we had found their next home. What we didn't know at the time was that the staff would be as genuine and warm as Teresa. It took no time for staff to recognize us and greet us by name when we visited. If there is anything going on with Mom & Dad, they do not hesitate to provide a quick update in the hallways. My parents have made some wonderful new friends at Phoenix, and I truly believe this was a great move for them. They enjoy getting a cocktail in the pub with their new friends and sharing meals together in the dining room. There are far too many special staff to mention them all by name, but a huge thank you to Teresa, Brandon, Jamal, Ruthie, Sheri, Valerie, Nick, and Wanda for their welcoming smiles and genuine care for our parents’ well-being. The only negative has been that Mom & Dad don't always love the meals. However, it was just announced that changes are being made to the menu/meal plans and I am excited to hear great reviews from Mom & Dad. THANK YOU PHOENIX for providing a caring and safe home for our parents!”
