“In response to Margo Taylor's review. Mrs . Taylor, as you know, I almost had no contact with you regarding this project. Yes my NEW salesman Neal was in charge of this project. Neal is new to the company but far from new to the business. He's competent, honest and diligent. He discussed the project with me. He informed me that you wanted to cover the windows and asked me how to price that portion of the job. In other words, Mrs. Taylor, Neal did NOT "change up the game". On the contrary, Neal informed your husband, who was managing the project for you that there would be additional charges to cover the windows. And yes that conversation was subsequent to the quote he had given to your husband. However, your husband did NOT want to pay the additional. In fact he based his argument on the fact that Neal had already given him a price and your husband insisted that he wanted it done but he didnt want to pay for it because he'd already gotten a price. Never mind that the price he'd received DID NOT include covering the windows...Mr Taylor insisted on NOT paying for the extra work. Well...I cannot run my business in that manner. Notwithstanding, I'm supersensitive to the needs of my customers but not to the point of allowing myself or my staff to be manipulated. Your husband then proceeded to denigrate our work and my staff...all totally uncalled for. I made the decision to simply remove all of the material we installed and issue a full refund. Why? I didnt feel that we could make your husband happy...even after i agreed to go ahead and NOT charge the extra money, he still wasn't happy so i removed the material and issued the refund. Thank you very very much for your comments...I sincerely appreciate it!”

Eric, also super great guy, cleaned our foyer, stairs, my sons room and my grandmother’s room. We had a few dark stains and they were able to remove them all. Very fast, great cleanup, VERY good prices!! So much better than anyone we’ve ever used. This is the second time having them come out, the first time was a gentleman named Shawn who was also strikingly kind and great. 10/10 recommend! We will never use anyone else.”

“I called Tara Appliances on Friday afternoon to inquire about their washer and dryer sets. Felix was amazing...he was very courteous, informative, and seemed really interested in assisting me. He even texted me a photo of the set. I stated that I would come on Saturday morning to view and possibly purchase. Felix even called me the next morning to tell me what time they would be open. A different young man assisted me once I arrived and he was just as helpful as Felix. I was anxious to have the set delivered and they arranged delivery for later the same day. The two delivery men were on time and just as courteous. I am in customer service and I truly appreciate when good service is provided. “A+++ experience all the way around! First, I'm pretty particular. I was working with another fabricator in the beginning. After finding a couple of Taj Mahal quartzite pieces that matched my cabinets (that I wanted to keep), I got a quote but the quote kept changing. I asked the granite company if they new a good fabricator that would be close to me in Carrollton. They recommended Fancy Granite. I'm so glad they did. I called and was very courteously greeted (each time I called because, remember, I'm pretty particular - ha). They cut my quartzite in a way that saved material and I got to keep the extras and have the design I wanted. Oscar and his crew showed up on time (which is rare in the fabricator industry), did a beautiful job, and cleaned up. I will use them again when I use my leftover quartzite for the pool house. I cannot thank you enough!!! I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.”
