“Davinci Home Improvements was awesome! I called them on Wednesday, and he came out on Thursday and cleaned my chimney. While he was here, he looked at my dryer vent for me. I had had it cleaned by another company 4 months ago, but my dryer was still not drying clothes completely. He was quickly able to see that the vent had not been cleaned at all, and it was completely clogged. He cleaned to the same day and charged a very reasonable price. Excellent, honest service!”

“Ok, this is probably the nicest laundromat I’ve been to in a while. Drove 20+ min to get here instead of going to one in my area. Facility is clean & they also have clean restrooms available. Clean & efficient washers as well as dryers. Drying does cost $2.10 ($2.75 for larger dryers) but you get 30 min which is ample time to dry your clothes. $2.80 for 2 load washer, $5.50 for 4 load, & $10.80 for 8 load. Did see some other units but I didn’t walk around that much. Facility is large enough to social distance with ample seating. Best part is there are attendants available wearing red vests. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by someone who immediately helped me get a laundry card. 5 stars across the board.”

“I had the occasion to go to a laundry to wash my big comforters and blankets and found this one quite by accident. We went early on a Wednesday, probably about 10:00 in the morning and there was actually no one in there. the gentleman who worked there was talking to a lady who was on her way out. He was very pleasant and there was oldies music playing. He pointed us to the largest washer up front, and to my surprise the washers take debit or credit card. The largest dryer we used is $9, and all of our stuff got in on one load. Washer runs 25 minutes. Dryers are $0.25 for 6 or 8 minutes, I can't remember which, and we put about $5 into dryers, so $2.50 a piece. This laundry is extremely clean, and as a matter of fact the gentleman was mopping the floor shortly after we got there and also dancing to the music. The gentleman working there had a mask on the whole time we were there. masks are required but I did see one man come in after us with no mask on. There is a Keurig coffee machine in the back near the sound system. Coffee is free and the gentleman who works there actually made my cup of coffee. Overall it was a good experience and did not take long. Highly recommend this laundromat if you're looking for somewhere clean, where the machines actually work.”

“We unfortunately found out in December that we had a water leak under the kitchen sink from a crack in the tee connector. After checking in with our insurance guy, we heard about this company and they came highly recommended. Service Master sent out a water remediation technician right away, who found out there were signs of mold along with the damage. They quickly sealed off the kitchen and did what was needed to dry the area to stop mold from growing. After a few days they removed their equipment and started removing the areas damaged from the water, which included the flooring, cabinet fronts, and baseboards. They did however wait to take out the rest of the cabinets and counters until after the holidays so that we could have an easier time entertaining guests, by our request. After the holidays, they came out quickly to remove the rest of the lower cabinets and counter tops, and the drywall that had been damaged. They started repairs quickly, working closely with our insurance to make sure that insurance covered their parts of our reconstruction. They also worked closely with us to make a few home improvements, including upgrading all of our cabinets, counters, and flooring, and flooring the rest of our main level at the same time, We did have some outside issues that caused delays, problems with insurance and the postal service, but Service Master was very patient during those delays and worked with us to keep things moving forward. They were also very patient with us when we changed our minds several times, and they went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. Now that everything is completed, our main level looks like a whole new house and we could not be happier with the quality of the work, and how everything turned out! The office staff, project manager, subcontractor, and workers were all friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond for us to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company for any home repair or improvement needs anyone has.”
