I asked her to take me to new construction homes on our first day of searching and Bam when found one on the very 1st day. She assisted me with pick a lot where the sun would not hit the back yard as much amd I never would have thought of that. Seeing g how I was in Chicago she went and took picture's of all upcoming events that I could not make and was a huge help during the final walk thru.
