Sunset Ranch Hawaii

We actually attended a wedding at Waimea Falls, but accidentally got on the shuttle to Sunset Ranch (beautiful open sky views). Rhonda, an assistant manager (?), personally drove three of us to our true destination so we could make it to the wedding in time. We are so grateful to her! Thank you Rhonda!!!

We are so grateful that we found this hidden gem up in Pupukea for our wedding. The moment we did a tour here, we knew that Sunset Ranch was the one for us. Our first few priorities were to have a venue that’s disability friendly (as the groom’s mother uses a wheelchair), a venue with adequate getting ready/resting space, a venue that is naturally beautiful (more natural beauty means less need to over-decorate), and has a fantastic view. Sunset Ranch not only offers these things, but it also offers such a peaceful, romantic, private, and serene vibe that literally transports you and your guests into another world. Our ceremony area, The Fern’s Garden, was like a tropical romantic fairytale, with tall luscious trees (read: shade for you and your guests!) and the BEST lighting anyone could ever ask for as the sunlight just peeks beautifully through the trees during the afternoon. Our guests couldn’t stop saying how beautiful our wedding was! The view of the sunset over the hill that overlooks Waimea Bay was so dreamy during our sunset photos. They also had two guest suites with a bed, a bathroom, a vanity, and a shower, which was perfect for getting ready and for our guests with kids to take a break in. The chapel was also such a perfect space for me and my bridesmaids to take getting ready photos.
Greg and all of his staff members are very professional and even though we didn’t end up booking their wedding packages, we still felt like we were taken care of, especially after some hiccups that happened with one of their preferred vendors. We are so grateful to be able to host our wedding at such a beautiful venue!

Couldn’t take a bad photo even if I tried! What a beautiful and majestic place for a wedding. It was Jurassic park, a horse ranch, and a sunset lookout point all in one property.

Amazing location.. so spacious and the view is incredible. Venue inside the barn was just perfect for a party 60 to 80 ppl. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. It is an outdoor event and we are in Hawaii so expect a few flying insects to pester you a little bit. All in all it was great. Happy moments for a lifetime.
