(November 10, 2021, 10:40 pm)Coach Devin and the members were welcoming. I instantly felt comfortable and even teased them a little. The box is in a neat location and the building is super cool. I recommend dropping in to check out this gem of a box. It's a super cool garage gym!

(July 6, 2019, 3:18 am)Has a kind of retro CF feel to me. No fancy stuff, just a room and some good old CrossFit. Coaches and Member are very welcoming, if I would spend more time in Oahu this would be my go to gym. I have some experience under my belt and can get by in almost any gym on my own, but there where some newcomers in the class I dropped into and the Coach did a really good job with them!
I can only recommend this box for any skill level.
