Glad I was able to find to find a therapist willing to help me during this quarantine! Peter was very pleasant and was able to accommodate me and answer all my questions with regards to my back pain. After a couple sessions my back felt better and was able to go back to doing my yard work. By the way, he also does telehealth if you're worried about covid.

I developed foot pain after a knee injury and it was persistently bothering me for over a year. It was annoying, but tolerable so I put off seeking treatment for a while. I became less active because of the pain I experienced while on my feet. When I first went to Peter, he knew right away that I was dealing with plantar fasciitis. He took careful attention to figure out exactly what needed to be done to heal my foot. I really appreciated that Peter took the time to explain the purpose of each exercise to me so that I could get a better understanding of how these exercises were helping me heal. I am now comfortable back on my feet and I am back to my active lifestyle. For anyone currently tolerating pain and wondering if you should try physical therapy, do it!!! I highly recommend Chirico Physical Therapy & Wellness.

I injured my neck overdoing it at the gym and got this constant nagging pain that went from my neck to my shoulder and upper arm areas on my left side. At first I thought that it would just go away on its own. So I waited a few weeks but it would not go away. This caused me to stop going to the gym to do my regular workouts since it just aggravated it.

I missed seeing all my friends there and felt like I was getting out of shape. At that point I started to realize that I needed to do something, but did not have the time in my busy work schedule and thought that therapy might make it worse. I tried everything that I could think of to lessen the paine ie salonpas, ointments ,OTC meds that I hate taking and nothing worked.

A trainer friend of mine at the gym recommended Peter to me & I'm thankful she did. Since seeing Peter for treatments my quality of life has dramatically improved. I can now do all of the things I used to do at the gym, love being with my friends and I'm getting back in shape.
The thing I like the most about my therapy sessions with Peter was how pain free they were and how easy the process was. I got better much faster than expected and really enjoyed working with him. Never any rush and always explaining everything so I could understand it. I really felt that he knew exactly where I was coming from, that he got me and what activities I wanted to get back to doing, pain free. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone wanting to get back to doing their activities or sports that they love or are important to them with ease and pain free.

I've had an annoying clicking and popping shoulder for a few years now and never got it looked into because I was dealing with a bigger health issue which took precedence. The other issue has been resolved and the shoulder grew more annoying then ever and was effecting my workouts. I asked Peter if he would assess my shoulder as I was worried that it was impinged or torn like my hip had been. He diagnosed it as impinged and slightly frozen and gave me mobility exercises to do and performed manual manipulation a few times for me as well. My shoulder gives me a lot less grief now, my range of motion has increased and there's less pain as well. I would highly recommend him for your physical therapy needs!
