  John N was incredibly helpful, for the price I was expecting to have to pay for a new dryer - I was able to replace with a refurbished one of better quality for a fraction of the price. Ended up replacing my refrigerator as well for such a saving. Do not waste time at the big box stores

  John at Express Appliance was outstanding!!
  
  I called the manufacture of my mini fridge and they said the compressor relay switch I needed was discontinued. I searched all over online and never found it.
  
  I called John and he looked up my fridge and was unable to find the part as well.
  
  John asked for a few photos of my relay switch to see if he could help. I sent them over and within minutes he had a solution for me. It was not the same part, but very similar. John walked me through how to install the new part and it was very easy!
  
  John even asked for me to bring in the old switch so he could test it to make sure that was for sure the issue. (This was because once I purchased and opened the new part, it was non-returnable) This is amazing customer service!!!
  
  Because of the outstanding service John provided, I will be referring everyone to Express Appliance and will use them in the future for any appliance need. Thanks again, you made my day!!

  Been getting parts from here for years to keep my appliances going and always receive top notch service and advice. Scott helped me pick out a new range at a great price last week and am loving the upgrade! Keep up the great customer service gents! No doubt I'll see you soon for a capacitor or fan motor or some odd part to keep things humming along!

  So, just bought a used washer from Express Appliance Outlet. It should be delivered within the week. We were lucky enough to have the help of Scott and he helped us pick out the washer for our needs. I will update my review once our unit is installed and the old unit is removed. But I have nothing but positive words for the way Scott helped us and treated us. We also got a discount for a Google review, who doesn't love a discount? But I'm very confident that this experience will be a 5 star rating after everything is hooked up and working. Thank you Scott and go see Express appliance, definitely recommend!

  I bought a refurbished washer and dryer from here along with a warranty. I had an issue with the washer and they were out next day! It couldn't be repaired so they had me come in and pick out a new one which they are also sending out for installation super quick. I was so happy with their response time and with the overall experience! They care about their customers!
