When I had young drivers, he took the time with each of them to explain insurance. He explained who to call and when and why if there's ever an incident. He explained driver safety and developed a personal relationship with him so that they would feel comfortable calling him in an emergency - after calling the police and parents.
I was so impressed with him as a person and with his office staff. They really care. I strongly recommend.
