(October 29, 2020, 11:34 am)For nearly 15 years Ricketts has handled all of our insurance needs. Cars, trucks, motorcycles and home as well. Getting a call from one of their agents telling you your insurance is cancelled-- because they found a better one for you, is very normal. Just because you signed with them once is not a reason for them to forget your needs. I hope you get that call, too. Ricketts and Associate have friendly and caring agents, especially Rachael Powell. Keep your costs down, they search all carriers for your best interests.
