“The cashier very friendly , the lady who gave me my drink kind of rude she didnt even look at my eyes or say have a good day, she just leave the drink on the counter and turn around . And I told her thank you and have a good day she didn't even say anything lol. I know sometimes the are very busy but there were 5 workers so is not reason to not be nice with your costumers. “I had a good experience here yesterday that I wanted to share. My 2016 Subaru had been parked under a tree a couple of weeks ago, and some sort of tree sap had resulted in tiny dried-out dots all over the hood. I brought it into Ultra Touch, and asked them to look at it and let me know what they could do. Based on the representative's recommendations, I ended up paying for an Ultra Supreme wash and an Express Detail (about $40 total). When I got back an hour later I went to get my car, but all the tree sap dots were still there! I went to the nearest Ultra Touch representative, Kevin, and pointed out the issue. He was most apologetic and professional, and promised to take care of it immediately. He asked me to give him 30 minutes. When I got back the car was perfect, absolutely spotless. I was completely pleased with the outcome, and the way Kevin and Ultra Touch assumed responsibility for the issue and making it right. When I have similar car wash needs in the future, I'll go to these guys.”

“Marissa was going out of her way to get my Bill paid and spend over an hour waiting for financial services from Verizont get my bill paid off so that I could upgrade to a better phone she also took care of my Google glasses broke on its efficient very well she was probably as stressed as I was and I was ready to leave without her service I probably would have would have probably walked out if not for the phenomenal service from Marissa and and Dan and that the whole store was very accommodating for me.
