“I am always wary in storage spaces. I expect poor levels of cleanliness and grumpy staff because let's face it - I wouldn't want to have to do some of the tasks associated with this job! Perhaps that's an unfair preconception, but that's typically what I expect. But not here. The level of customer service that I have experienced has been above and beyond and the place is CLEAN. The policies are well written and explained. No extra fees or worry of auction if you pay in time - note the key phrase, some of you poor review writers - IF YOU PAY ON TIME. If you don't pay your car loan on time, then bank assesses you a late fee, yes? Jeez, it's not that hard. In any event, the place is clean, I feel like my stuff is safe and Amy went above and beyond to explain the lease in detail, including the possibility of late feeds, which is just common sense.”

“I’ve come to this place with my son (8) for close to 2yrs and I love it! The ladies that work here are always thorough and make sure we’re both happy with the end result. They have these notes on his profile where they have the specifics of the haircut that he likes to get and they get it right every time. If we happen to make a quick change here and there for one visit, they make sure to note it in too just in case. We always check in through the app, so we don’t have to wait too long. I recommend this place 100% as it is also very affordable for kids’ haircuts.”
