Leasing our Buick with Cody was the best experience at a dealership we've ever had. Usually our experiences at the dealership aren't great, with salesmen being super pushy and making us wait an unpleasant amount of time for everything. Despite having his first child while working with us, Cody was extremely responsive and made the experience seamless. We can't thank him enough. As someone who drives a Cadillac, I expect to have that high quality experience when I go into the dealership. My expectations were easily met by my salesperson, Cody, and his managers. So knowledgeable about the vehicles and was low pressure. It truly felt like my voice was being heard and it was about my timing and comfort level. I never felt like there was a hidden agenda, and every question I had was answered promptly and in a way I could comprehend since in the auto industry there can be quite different jargon. Highly recommend to all my family and friends and even just acquaintances.
