  This is my go to place from now on if i have car problems. The customer service and honesty was A+. They found the problem and fixed it very quickly and i was back behind the wheel in no time.

  They were great! Got me in the same day to check out a car I was purchasing. Ended up having some issues with the car and they went above and beyond to help me getting pricing for the repairs and referral to someone who specialized in what they couldn’t do. Will absolutely be back!

  My son is a student at Boise State and he called to tell me that his car wouldn’t start. I had the car towed to Dowdys because it was close to the campus and I had read favorable reviews. The car needed a starter although I had a new starter put in only 4 months earlier. Bottom line: Dowdys and the other repair shop worked together to get the repair done under warranty. Both shops communicated with each other and with me and it cost me nothing out of pocket. The whole encounter was handled professionally and quickly and I would recommend this repair shop without hesitation.
