“It was difficult to know which place was best for my mother’s memory care issues - a big box location? Ashley is a smaller, intimate, home-like community. And it turned out to be a wonderful choice. Mom loves the staff, the other residents, her room, and the whole house. Marcy made a great effort to find the right room in the right location in Boise - there are multiple locations. Carla and her staff do a wonderful job every day. The important thing is that the family sees that Mom is safe and cared for. Isn’t that what it is all about? Good place. Good people. Good decision.”

“I was put through the same "Annual Wellness Exam" that they offer Boise fire, police and EMT's. It was impressive on many levels, but the knowledge and genuine concern shown by the employees was rare. My lungs won't miss the treadmill test, but I wish my regular doctor's office offered this combination of skill, knowledge and kindness. Sitting in the waiting room was surprising in that it didn't last long and it wasn't like a normal doctor's office. The staff knew the fireman, policeman and EMT's by name, and some were even discussing a band they both liked. It was more like a clubhouse than a doctor's office.”

“People are generally friendly, but do often continue asking if they can help even if you’ve made it clear you’re just looking at a few things. Selection is a little light since it is a smaller store. Employees generally offer to order in items they don’t have, or offer to have it shipped to your house. Not a good option for those of us just coming through, but still nice for people that live in the area. Would be nice not to see dust on some products.”

“I have had an overall good experience with Sage healthcare. I have always found the front desk staff helpful, attentive and friendly. The only provider we have ever worked with at Sage is Dr. Gilbreath. While I admit it took awhile to develop a trusting relationship with him, I have found him to be quite open minded to trying new meds and such. I do feel that he is a good listener. When my daughter became very unstable he gave us good advice regarding inpatient and outpatient treatment.”
