“I highly recommend Laura Root. She helped me with EMDR after my son passed and her counsel has been incredible. Highly recommend. I have never had issues with scheduling or planning with the front desk. They have always accommodated my need to change an appt at the last minute or alert me if there was an issue on their end.”

“My daughter has been seeing Alesia for a tongue thrust habit that had been narrowing her jaw. At only a week into therapy she had already stopped thrusting. Three more weeks and we can consider her habit broken. Thank you!”

“I have been a client of Valerie's for many years. I recently relocated out of state and I make a special trip to Boise about once a year to see her for any facial needs. She is the best of the best in her profession and her personal attention to detail is outstanding. Highly recommend her!!!”

“This place has literally changed my life for the better. I can't thank the team here enough for all their support and information. The package deal she has with Dr Anderson is phenomenal. Anyone looking to get dentures or considering to improve their life with a confident smile and overall health improvement I'd always suggest this place.”

“Overall, very good. I was in for 12 days. I had previously been in Intermountain for 4 days, St. Al's for 6, and after to Cottonwood Creek for four days. Lifeways is mostly my favorite. Though not perfect. Two things I did not much like though.. the psych docs and social workers were overly pushy about me staying as long as I did. I was a voluntary commit, and they still were very persuasive about keeping me a long time.. I have mixed feelings about that. The only other thing i really didn't like was the bed. The mattress was very old and crushed in, on top of a slab of wood, not a box spring. I have back problems, and this mattress would not do. I asked for pillows, and was lucky they could spare 3 that I could put under my mattress. Two would have not been enough. Other than that, pretty much everything and everyone except one of the docs and one of the NP's or PA's, was good to great. And the food, which was at times just adequate, but other times good. The nurses were very compassionate. Wonderful people. The psych techs were all really great too. I even sent a thank you card to the day and night crews. They were awesome. Another great thing unique to Lifeways is the smoke breaks. Even those who don't smoke can go outside something like ten times a day. I was out there 8 times per day, walking around the yard, sometimes shooting baskets, sitting in the sun. Great! I was not there during the summer though. St. Al's,, I got outside once. Just grass in the yard. Intermountain let us out at least once per day. Basketball hoop, room to throw a football. Cottonwood Creek, not always allowed outside once per day, because in July it is too hot for the staff, apparently. I would have gone outside, but oh well. Yard nice to walk in, though no hoop if I remember correctly. What's also great at Lifeways.. more groups, including useful groups like exercise - chair yoga and tai chi, more groups to go to, including at least one in the evening, which means less time to pass. Less groups at the other facilities. And another awesome thing.. Each patient gets his or her own room! No snoring, difficult roommates! How did I get into Lifeways? While in the St. Luke's ER as a voluntary commit, I called Lifeways to ask if they had beds. They did, and said they would send over info to St. Luke's. Politely advocate for yourself while in the ER. Try to get in where you want to go. The day room is pleasant enough. Comfortable couches, Netflix on a big TV, Good chairs at the table. And, while I was there, a beat up elliptical machine, which broke while I was on it, and a gazelle exercise machine, which was quite squeaky and annoyed other patients, but worked fine otherwise. I was very grateful for the exercise equipment I could use whenever. After unfortunately having been in all four mental hospitals this year, I'd say Lifeways is the best, except that I have mixed feelings on letting myself be talked into about staying so long. Not sure if I should deduct a star for that, because I'm not sure if they were right to want to keep me. If not for that, the really bad bed, and the possibility of ECT (which I have as of yet not tried, and might not) at Cottonwood, I would have gone into Lifeways again. I ride by there a lot, since I drive on Northview, and sometimes go to church across the street, and almost miss being inside there. So.. of the four.. Lifeways was best. Cottonwood Creek, 2nd.. wonderful staff, except a doctor I didn't care for, great facilities, good to great food, only one roommate. It's really difficult choice between the other facilities. St. Al's had great staff, the best food, and great facilities, but 3 to 4 people in a room, and the hardcore schizophrenics in with much more mild people instead of being in a separate wing.. not good! Intermountain.. woebegone old furniture in the small day room. Very uncomfortable chairs at the table. Worst food of the four. But a mostly great staff, and only one roommate. So that was good. All 4 had mostly great staff,. Hope this review helps!”

“I've never been disappointed with Cafe at Primary Health. This last time the receptionist told me to come right in even though it was close to closing time. That never happens! The nurse and attending NP or DA Eric was wonderful. Thank you- I'm lucky to have such good care so near by.”

“I recently switched from Comprehensive Dermatology to Treasure Valley Dermatology and am pleased I did. I see Jacob Tebb who has been very knowledgeable and thorough. I feel I get a say in my treatment options which I value since I feel I know body well. The biopsies Jacob does are virtually painless after, and the sutures he places when removing bccs are perfect. The office staff is always very friendly, the follow up with pathology results are very fast and I've not had any wait time after checking in for my appointments. I'm very happy I made the switch.”

“First of all.... I am a mom and my best "oral health mom advice" is to start flossing at a young age, brush gently and often, avoid sugar and tobacco and do everything in your power to NEVER need a periodontist. But, if you end up needing a periodontist I hope you call Dr. Hansen. Truly, Dr. Hansen and his staff are incredible. Dr. Hansen has amazing bedside manor and his skill and results are exceptional. He (and staff) are all so compassionate, respectful, kind, and were willing to take time to listen/explain/and educate. Dr. Hansen and his staff go above and beyond. They have a way of making an unpleasant situation very pleasant.”
