Kuna Caves Storage

They're really good here but the mobile app that you use has separate codes for the entrance and exit gate. There's only one here. It threw me off a little, but I get that the application they use is for lots of locations, not just theirs.

I had to move short notice out of state. They are super nice and make my experience with Kuna Caves Storage the best one I have ever had with a storage facility. And even though I still have my stuff there in storage and me in another state I am not nervious as I normally would be, because of their level of hospitality and customer care!

Never had such a good experience at a storage unit in my life these guys set the standard in accommodation and ease of use and sign up

I am so impressed with Kuna Caves Storage. Not only are the units clean, safe and easy to access (I love app option!), but the staff are accommodating and so helpful. I have had large UPS deliveries and the staff have been amazing by accepting the delivery and even taking UPS to the unit. I could not have found a better place to do business.

Great clean storage with safe and secure access. My family rented a unit for 6 months, and when checking out a month early, the last months rent was returned with little fuss. Thanks guys!

Also, overhearing a discussion on the phone, the front desk offered a option to a customer of one large unit instead of a combination of a single smaller unit and outside vehicle storage at a better rate to keep everything safe and out of the elements, while saving the customer money. That’s the right way to do business!
