Recently (upon posting this review on 2/13/2019) I was involved in a vehicle collision. Not at fault. I was insured through Allstate at the time of the collision. Can Ada Insurance and their agents were worthless. I paid them $370 a month for two full coverage policies on a 2018 Range Rover Evoque and a 2018 F-150 XLT. Both of my vehicles were covered over 4x the Idaho State minimums for full coverage insurance. You would think that they would have been eager to help if I was ever in a bind, with the business I gave them. They ignored phone calls, emails and took sometimes up to a week to respond.

I contacted James and shared my story with him. Since he insures my homeowners policy. He gave me even better auto coverage and saved me $204 a month people! If this isn't deserving of 5 stars, I don't know what is. To make it even better, he actually answers his phone. If he is away from it, he will return calls. He does his job well.
